For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulations 2018, the data controller for all Heyn group companies is Heyn Ltd (company number NI634050). 
This policy (together with any terms of use for our website at ("our website"), and any specific terms and conditions that apply to our provision of products and services to you from time to time, and any other documents referred to in this privacy policy) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.  Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. Please note: Financial and credit card information is not held on our servers or processed on our website.  We use Opayo and Paypal for all payments and no employee within our organisation has access to your complete financial information.
