Heyn Engineering are delighted to partner with Hilti across their tooling fleet programme and more recently with the Hilti ON!Track management system.
The benefits of this partnership are wide ranging and help us to deliver a better service to customers through the use of enhanced quality tools and consumables and a better management of resources. Fleet management provides immediate access to new tools, free of charge repairs and replacements at the end of the lease period. This has contributed to overall cost reductions, predictable spending and improved service-levels with increased professionalism across our Engineering teams.
Replacement tools during repairs minimises downtime on the job and ensures costs are kept to a minimum while still meeting deadlines as there is no interim hire of additional tools during repair. Our commitment to high quality service is backed up by Hilti’s high quality tools andconsumables and service.

Our Engineering team is one of the biggest in Ireland and for that reason we have a large fleet of vans, each with an inventory of tools and equipment required by our engineers. With Hilti’s ON!Track our management team are able to oversee resourcing, tooling and have greater visibility of the tooling fleet. Engineers use the app to transfer tools and if a tool needs to be located it is simply a matter of checking the ON!Track app.
ON!Track provides maximum traceability and minimises the risk of equipment loss or theft. The calibration of equipment, essential servicing, and repairs are all managed on the app.
All training certifications are now stored and managed via ON!Track. With rapid access to their certifications on the app they are always ready to provide their competencies on site when required. The training expiry alert has been invaluable in ensuring all certifications are kept up to date and adhere to policy.
