For orders placed and paid for online that total over £600 ex VAT, the delivery charge will be FREE.*

There are also some products which include FREE delivery.  These are detailed on the relevant product page.  

For online orders under £600 the delivery charge will vary dependent on product and location.  A delivery estimate is provided on your basket before payment is made.  

Depending on the goods ordered, highlands and islands may incur an additional delivery charge.  You will be advised on this before your goods are sent.   Payment in full will be required for the additional charge if necessary before goods are released.  

We do offer a delivery service to Europe and beyond, the delivery charge will vary depending on product and location so it’s best to get in touch with one of the team to find out more information.  Call us on 028 9035 0035.

There is a 'Collection From Store' option for customers in Northern Ireland only.  Should these be selected we will be in touch to advise when the items are ready.  

With a wide variety of products online we endeavor to supply all of them at top rate delivery prices, *however due to the nature of some products (e.g size, weight or contents) we cannot deliver at the standard delivery charge. In this case, we will try our best to work out a fair delivery price and contact you (if necessary) for the additional charge. If you have any concerns on this subject or would like to receive a quote for delivery on a particular product please do not hesitate to contact us. 

We normally use a 48 hour delivery service to mainland UK and Ireland, however, but can use a 24 hour delivery service where required however this may incur an additional charge.  Please contact us to discuss your delivery requirements.   Some items may not be in stock or may be held in another warehouse, if this is the case you will be notified personally with an estimated delivery time.  These terms apply to orders placed on www.heyn.co.uk solely and do not have a bearing on local deliveries and installations.
